I found a Christmas gift for my wife that I knew she wanted, but the brick and mortar store was sold out. Then I found it on-line on Zappos. But Zappos prominently displayed an 877 number which immediately connected me to a sales associate who quickly and comfortably completed my registration and sealed my order. She waived a priority mail fee so I received my purchase in two days, well ahead of Christmas. What a relief and pleasure to buy from a real person! So unlike most on-line shopping.
